By purchasing or using KozyAgent, you agree to these terms. KozyAgent is operated by Yevhenii Osadchyi, based in Portugal.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KozyAgent on one machine at a time. You may not:
KozyAgent is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase as a downloadable file. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
The product requires a one-time online activation and periodic license verification. An internet connection is needed for these checks. We reserve the right to revoke licenses used in violation of these terms.
KozyAgent is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yevhenii Osadchyi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of KozyAgent. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product ($19).
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
