KozyAgent is operated by Yevhenii Osadchyi, a sole proprietor based in Portugal. This policy explains what data we collect, how it's used, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What We Collect

We collect minimal data to deliver and activate your purchase:

• Email address and payment information — collected and processed by Stripe during checkout. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
• Machine identifier — a hashed hardware ID sent during product activation (kozyagent.com/api/token/activate) and periodic license verification. Used solely to enforce the one-machine license.

2. What We Don't Collect

• We do not use analytics or tracking on our website.
• We do not set cookies from our application.
• We do not create user accounts or store personal profiles.
• KozyAgent runs 100% locally on your machine. We have no access to your agent's data.

3. Third-Party Services

Stripe processes payments and stores your email and payment data under their own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

Vercel hosts this website and may set its own cookies for infrastructure purposes: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Data Retention

Payment data is retained by Stripe according to their policies. We do not maintain a database of personal data. Activation records contain only hashed machine identifiers and license keys — no personally identifiable information.

As an EU resident or customer, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
